Today, we were able to see Savannah.
This is the church we went to in Savannah. It was started in 1755 and has through the centuries remained true to the Scriptures. The man who is pastor of this church went to Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary which is close to home for me.
The Spanish moss that hangs from the huge oak trees in downtown Savannah really creates an atmosphere like I’ve never experienced before.
Later in the day we were able to spend a few hours on Tybee Island with M’s mom. M, E and I went into the water for awhile… it was very warm compared to the ocean water I’m used to!
The girls spent a lot of time picking up sea shells. R spent most of the time picking up the same two shells over and over again, but hey, she enjoyed it. (o:
I think the shadows are neat in this picture… that’s M waving with his shadow.
